The King Studio with Sofa Bed was awesome! The kitchenette was super convenient. I loved the living area with the modern couch, and the bedroom was a good size. The large TV was cool too since it could swivel between the living space and the bedroom. The bathroom was huge with a big shower and nice mirror. The indoor pool was nice, though a bit cool even for July.

very good stay but could improve check-in process
The breakfast offered a variety of delicious items, especially the fried egg sandwiches and jalapeño cheese muffins. The spacious bathroom featured a large walk-in shower, making it a comfortable experience. I also appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette, allowing me to prepare my meals easily. Guests also noticed the pristine cleanliness of the hotel and its elegant atmosphere, which made the stay more enjoyable.
The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, which impacted my arrival experience.

I loved the kitchenette in my One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa-Bed! Having cookware made it easy to make snacks. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a large walk-in shower and a nice vanity area. I enjoyed the large TV that swivelled between the bedroom and living room. The indoor pool felt cozy, great for relaxing after a day out, but I found it a bit chilly even for July. Breakfast was a standout with delicious mini Belgian waffles and fried egg sandwiches. I had some trouble with the hot water that didn't seem to get very hot, which was a little disappointing. Housekeeping interruptions were also not ideal since I had to coordinate times for them to come clean while I was there. The staff at check-in could be more attentive, as I had to wait longer than expected. Still, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the place.

The facility was spotless and elegant, and our kids loved the spacious pool area. We had a great time visiting the nearby Willow Bend Mall, and the extra amenities like the kitchenette helped us feel right at home, especially with our non-service dog.
In my wife’s opinion, adding more outdoor activities would enhance family fun.
